Brand names like Stanley, Apple, Dyson, Lululemon, and so on are used on this site solely for reference — to identify the original product you're looking for a dupe of. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Products we suggest as "dupes" are independent items made and sold by third parties. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or made by the original brand. We make no claim that they are equivalent in quality, durability, or performance.

The Vault is stored locally in your browser. We don't have a copy. We can't restore it if you clear your browser, switch devices, or lose access. It's a feature for you, by you, on your device.
Save important dupes elsewhere too (screenshot, bookmark, whatever) if they really matter.
DUPED. relies on several third parties: Amazon, Google (Analytics, Firebase), Groq, and various product data APIs. Their services come with their own terms and outages. If Amazon's affiliate API has a bad day, our search won't return results. We can't be responsible for third-party downtime or policy changes that affect what the site can do.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DUPED. and anyone running it aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using (or not being able to use) the site. This includes — but isn't limited to — buying a "dupe" that disappointed you, having a third-party seller scam you, or your Vault data getting cleared.
If you buy a product and it's a dud, that's a refund issue with the seller (usually Amazon), not us.
Our total liability for anything connected to this site is capped at $0, since the site is free.
